By booking any service through Glamulet Haus, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are in place to ensure a professional and respectful experience for both the artist and the client.
Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a completed booking form or direct confirmation via email or text.
For bridal services and events, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the date.
All services are subject to availability, and appointment times are not held without confirmation.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made after this window may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in being charged for the full amount of the scheduled service. For bridal services, separate terms related to deposits, travel fees, and timelines will be outlined in your bridal contract.
Clients are expected to arrive on time, with clean, dry hair for styling services and a makeup-free face for makeup applications. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
Glamulet Haus reserves the right to refuse service in any situation where health, hygiene, safety, or behavior becomes a concern.
All services are non-refundable once performed. If there are any concerns with your service, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them appropriately.
